Is the bible flawed?

I believe that the bible is flawed, like man, because it was interpreted by man. Is't this possible? Why would we put our faith in the “written word” when we don't know if it was written down 100% correctly?

It really depends on what you considered flawed. I mean, parts of the bible are a biography, other parts are mythology, other parts are folk tales and all of those have been scrubbed by the different existing powers. So, flawed? I don't know. Unsubstantial, yes, disconnected, yes. Illogical, unrealistic - yes, yes. I think the flaw is believing it is the inspired word of some non-existent deity telepathically or divinely channelled through a bunch of men! That is the flaw.
